      Student Success Statement

“You cannot do wrong and feel right. It is impossible.”
         -Ezra T. Benson

REFLECTION: I THINK THIS QUOTE MEANS THAT IF YOU DO SOMETHING RIGHT, YOU’LL FEEL RIGHT ABOUT IT. IF YOU DO SOMETHING WRONG, YOU’RE GOING TO FEEL WRONG/BAD ABOUT IT. THERE IS PRACTICALLY NO WAY THAT YOU COULD FEEL RIGHT ABOUT DOING THE WRONG THING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL RIGHT ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING THAT YOU’RE SUPPOSE TO BE DOING

"I think it better to do right,
even if we suffer in so doing,
that to incur the reproach of our consciences
                  -Robert E. Lee-
REFLECTION: I think this quote means that you or anyone should do the right thing, even it if means it will hurt you or make you suffer. If you were thinking of doing something wrong, your conscience is ALWAYS going to try to make you do what is right.

"Tell me what is right and i will fight for it."
                         Woodrow wilson
Reflection:
I think this quote means that this person wants the right and wants to do the right but he will fight it until he gets what he wants the right, example: if your running for a council position you are trying to make a change happen, but you are changing things that you think is right and will fight for them to gain people to trust you and the things you fight for. The only time to fight for the right thing is when you know that it is going to be a good change and not something bad to harm others. Choose the right ad fight for something that makes the wrong make it the right thing.

"The right way is not always the popular and easy way. standing for right when it is unpopular is a true test of moral character."
                                                 Margaret Chase Smith

Reflection: Doing the right isn’t easy all the time but standing up for yourself and the right thing is being true in every way. For an example all friends do drug, you must do the right thing and not do it. No matter how much they insist. CHOOSE THE RIGHT
