"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body. It is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know that the greeks knew: That intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."
-President John F. Kennedy
I think this quote means that not only just to have a healthy body means that your totally healthy you need to be healthy in every way. For an example like my friend wants to loose weight but she does not have that healthy way of thinking to herself how perfect she is she might not know it but in order for her to loose weight is to have confidence in her self to loose weight, or be physical fitness. :)
