Duties and Responsibilities:

Sports medicine is a branch of medicine that deals with physical fitness, treatment and prevention of injuries related to sports and exercise. Although most sports teams have employed team physicians for many years, it is only since the late 20^th century. There usually there once they see or hear someone in pain or they just get them into wheel chairs if needed to help them.

Education:

Becoming a sports medicine doctor physician requires obtaining a bachelors degree and a doctor of medicine. Also would need  a pre-med classes in biology, anatomy and chemistry .
