I think this quote means that once your gonna choose the right you have to plan it first and see who it will effcet by doing the right. you shoild be prepared on doing whats best for you, like an example if you have bad grades and you wanna pass be prepared and ask for help do extra credit. CTR an do whats best for you. :)
