I think this quote means that You always have to choose the right and treat others with respect, But when you CTW its just a bad way to express yourself and your just embarrassing yourself. For an example: If you help others like a old women cross the street with out anything for returned thats a good way to start your day as a good person CTR. but, when your choosing the wrong and instead you decide not to walk that old lady when you know she needs help your just gonna feel bad. CTR its easy!!!!!!
